- 1 lb yautía (taro root)
- 1 lb green bananas
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions:
- Peel and grate the yautía and green bananas into separate bowls.
- Squeeze out excess liquid from the grated yautía using a clean kitchen towel.
- In a large bowl, mix together the grated yautía, green bananas, ground beef, onion, garlic, adobo seasoning, oregano, salt, and pepper until well combined.
