– 1 lb chicken breast, sliced

Instructions
1. In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
2. Add green curry paste and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
3. Add chicken slices and cook until browned on all sides.
4. Pour in the coconut milk and stir well.
5. Add red bell pepper and zucchini to the skillet and simmer for 10 minutes.
6. Stir in fish sauce and brown sugar.
7. Add fresh basil leaves and lime juice, stir to combine.
