– 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 2 mangoes, peeled and diced
– 2 habanero peppers, seeded and minced
– 1/4 cup honey
– 1/4 cup soy sauce
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions:
1. In a small bowl, combine the diced mangoes, minced habanero peppers, honey, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine and set aside.
2. Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
3. Thread the shrimp onto the soaked wooden skewers, making sure not to overcrowd them.
