– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 1/4 cup honey
– 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
– 2 tablespoons soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– Chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions:
1. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Set aside half of the marinade for later use.
2. Place chicken breasts in a large resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the remaining marinade over the chicken, making sure it is fully coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade and discard excess marinade.
4. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and juices run clear. Baste chicken with reserved marinade during the last few minutes of cooking.
5. Remove chicken from grill and let rest for a few minutes. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro before serving.
