Ingredients:
- 2 lb of chicken pieces (bone-in for extra flavor)
- 1 lb of pork chunks
- 1 lb of beef chunks
- 2 ears of corn, cut into 3-inch pieces
- 2 green plantains, peeled and sliced
- 1 lb of yuca (cassava), peeled and cut into chunks
- 1 lb of sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 bunch of cilantro, chopped
- 1 tsp of oregano
- 1 tsp of cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 6 cups of chicken or beef broth
Instructions:
- In a large pot, heat some oil over medium-high heat and brown the chicken, pork, and beef until golden.
