Ingredients:
• 2 cups of kimchi, chopped
• 1/2 pound of pork belly, sliced
• 1 onion, sliced
• 3 cloves of garlic, minced
• 2 cups of tofu, cubed
• 4 cups of water
• 2 tablespoons of gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
• 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon of sesame oil

Instructions:
1. In a pot, sauté the pork belly until browned.
2. Add the onions and garlic, cook until fragrant.

4. Pour in the water and bring it to a boil.
5. Add the tofu, gochujang, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
